You may NOT Return the item(s) if you made any Modifications, Alterations, or Changes of any kind.
Buyer must then pay for returning shipping, return in original packaging, with original invoice and give a valid tracking number of package.

When Exchanging item(s), product must be new, present no physical damage, may not be tampered with or manipulated, un-used and un-installed as well.

All item(s) being sent or received are subjected to an inspection before refund(s) or exchanges are made.
Item(s) returned for a refund may require a restocking fee of 20%. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost when shipping to Ground-Shaker.
Ground-Shaker may not be held responsible for lost or damaged items when item(s) are being shipped back to Ground-Shaker.
Ground-Shaker is accountable for any shipping back replacement item(s).*When and if Ground-Shaker sent the wrong item.
If a refund is requested, any Shipping/Handling fees charged are nonrefundable. For listings with a “Free Shipping” option, any assumed shipping charges will be non-refundable. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
The cost to return merchandise to Ground-Shaker for refunds, exchanges or warranties is the sole responsibility of the customer. This cost can be equated to the cost of driving back to any local retail store to complete a return.
